A note from the ARC Committee

It’s been a busy summer at the Park! The A.R.C. Committee would like to thank you for your continued diligence on maintaining your properties.

A.R.C. Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM. If you are planning to do any exterior home improvements, please visit the HOA web site and review the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions Document. The A.R.C. application is also found on the website under “Forms.” Please complete and submit the application prior to that month’s meeting. If you have any questions or concerns, I am available to meet with you and review your proposed project. I also have the Sherwin Williams paint catalog which contains the approved exterior colors for our community.
